University of Louisville Golf Club

Simpsonville, Kentucky

The 22 acre practice facility at University of Louisville Golf Club (formerly Cardinal Club) was designed to accommodate both the membership of the private club and the needs of the university golf teams.  The facility is composed of a double ended driving range with private membership on the South end and the North end being completely devoted to collegiate use.  There are three short game practice areas with varying bunker styles and turf types to simulate conditions found at other golfing venues.  Additionally, there are three practice putting greens and sheltered hitting bays for all weather practice opportunities.  In 2012 the facility was honored to be ranked as a top 50 practice facility in the United States by the Golf Range Association of America.
